Andrei is coaching competitive swimming from November 1979 (24 years as a Head Coach). Produced a very long list of Provincial and National qualifiers. Seven swimmers from Andrei's group won gold medals at Canadian National championships. In 1998, 99, 2000 and 2001 received a "Golden Coach Award". In 2004,06 07 and 2008 received a "Domestic Excellence Award" from Canadian Swim Coaches Association. Andrei is certified level 3 coach and enrolled in highest (4-5) program in Canada. Ph.D. in physical education (1991). Seasonal course instructor at University of Windsor. Champion of Russia - 100 fly (1979). Masters swimming: Ontario provincial record - 200fly (1997). Canadian National record- 200 Medley relay(1999). In 2003-2009 developed 8 Sr.National and over 50 Provincial Qualifiers, Canadian National and Ontario Provincial Records. Coach of the Canadian National Team at Jr.World Championships(Mexico-2008) and North American Challenge Cup(Edmonton-2008) |

Lou Pocock
Lou Pocock began to coach competitive swimming in 1967. Produced Canadian National Record holders and Olympian (1976). First swimming coach from Windsor who won OFSAA. University graduate in 1964. Head coach of Canadian Team at World Highschool Games in China 1999. Retired teacher after 33 years teaching in Highschool. Starting seventh year of coaching with WEST. Coach at the World Masters Games in Sydney, Australia(2009).

Cord Kitson · A Finalist at Canadian Junior National Championships in 1999. · Bachelor Degree in Human Kinetics from University of Windsor. · Graduate degree of teaching and learning (New Zealand) · 5 years of coaching swimming team @ St. Thomas of Villanova High School, all five years the team was placed in top 3 in overall high points scoring at OFSAA. · Starting 6th year of coaching with WEST. · Level 2 technical certification · Coached the masters team, development group, and training squad for the Jasi swim team in New Zealand · Qualified for the New Zealand Open championships in the 50 butterfly (2006) · Currently teaching the practical theory and analysis of aquatics for the University of Windsor Ontario Masters Provincial Champion(2009).
