Congratulations to WEST representative Matthew Laschuk for winning an Open water 3 km Championships at the 53rd Annual Descendo de Navia on August 8, 2010 in Navia, Spain with a time of 32:40.4(1:06 per 100 metres !). Total of more than 500 swimmers in all categories from many countries (as far as Australia) competed in the races there.
